Who is Garage Project?

Garage Project is an indy craft brewery based out of Wellington, New Zealand who have quickly developed a reputation locally and across the pond for pushing the envelope in radical brews.

The brainchild of brothers Ian and Pete Gillespie and their mate Jos Ruffell, the trio converted a dilapidated mechanics garage into a 50L micro brewing facility to begin experimentation. 24 new beers in 24 weeks.

Always aiming to create both unique and beautiful tasting beers by pushing boundaries, reinterpreting styles and challenging the convential status quo notions of what a beer can be has resulted in a sturdy reputation for this brewhouse since its inception back in 2011.
